How Accounting Tested may earn money

Some of the links on this site may earn us a referral fee if you click and then sign up or buy.

Fees do not change results

We run the same test on every tool, and we write down what happened. A referral fee, or the chance of one, does not change a task result, a report check, a price or a recommendation. We report weak results whether or not we may earn from the tool.

Links may be plain links

A link to a tool may be a plain link with no referral code in it. We use plain links for any tool whose referral program has not approved this site. When that changes, we swap the link and keep this page current.

What we do not do

• We do not claim coupons, discount codes or deals.
• We quote prices from each company's own pricing page and print the date we read them. Where a page showed lower introductory prices, we say it did and print the regular price.
